Support the Executive Chef in the daily running of kitchen operations.

Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards.

Ensure consistency and quality across all meal services.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation in all kitchen areas.

Supervise Line Cooks and kitchen staff during service.

Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen sections during service.

Support staff training and development in food preparation and safety standards

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Support monitoring of temperature control, storage, and stock handling.

Report any operational or safety issues to the Executive Chef.

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals across all services.

Support special events and high-volume service periods.
