Lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and food production areas.
-
Ensure all meals are prepared and delivered to agreed quality and presentation standards.

Oversee kitchen workflow, production planning and service coordination.

Support the effective delivery of local and international menu provision.

Support kitchen budgeting and forecasting processes relating to food production and staffing requirements.

Monitor food costs, portion control and kitchen expenditure.

Support cost-effective menu execution while maintaining quality and operational standards.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and operational food safety requirements.

Be an active member of the Food and Nutrition Committee.

Monitor and report to Facilities Maintenance or Campus Management any issues affecting dining areas.
