Minimum of Trade test certification in plumbing and pipefittings.

Minimum of 3 years plumbing maintenance experience.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures and components.

Install, repair and maintain plumbing system, fixtures and pipelines within the facility, including but not limited to sinks, toilets, faucets, faulty valves, and drainage.

Identify and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs and pipe damage promptly.
-
Maintain pumps, boiler system, irrigation system and associated plumbing equipment.
-
Ensure proper functioning of toilets, sinks, faucets, urinals, showers and drainage systems.
-
Execute PPM schedules for plumbing infrastructure.
-
Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
-
Monitor plumbing systems for signs of wear, corrosion, leakage or inefficiency.
-
Identify recurring plumbing faults and recommend long-term corrective solutions.
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
-
Support maintenance activities related to potable water systems and distribution networks.

Assist in monitoring water pressure and flow efficiency.

Support water conservation and leakage reduction initiatives.

Coordinate with water treatment plant personnel where required.

Maintain clean and safe work environments during and after maintenance activities.

Ensure proper use and handling of plumbing tools and equipment.

Support compliance with plumbing standards and operational procedures.

Follow all HSE policies, safe work procedures and permit requirements.
