Inventory Assistant
Role Overview

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Proven experience in store keeping, inventory management, or supply chain management.

Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
-
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

Familiarity with education-specific accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to plan, prioritise, and respond to multiple requests while supporting the procurement process.

Capacity to coordinate and guide downlines during necessary setups.

Open-minded and innate will to learn and develop.

Be committed to international-mindedness, equity, and sustainability.

Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other staff members.

Knowledge of relevant regulations in the education sector.
