Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Minimum of 2.2.

Barrister at Law (BL).

NYSC or 0 – 1 year of experience in Legal and administrative Practice in either a Law firm or corporate setting.

Experience in the education sector or familiarity with private school operations.

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Yoruba Language.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

First-level review of contracts.
-
Formatting, proofreading, and tracking of agreements.
-
Maintaining a contract database.
-
Tracking regulatory deadlines and filings.
-
Assisting with documentation for inspections and permits.
-
Liaising with relevant authorities where required.
-
Maintaining data protection records and documentation.
-
Supporting compliance monitoring and internal audits.
-
Assisting with policy updates and staff communications.
-
Legal research on Nigerian laws and regulations.
-
Preparing summaries and briefs.
-
Managing correspondence and follow-ups.
-
Supporting communication with departments on legal and compliance matters.
-
Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
